IHC Consulting Solutions, LLC was born from a great desire to make the workplace a safer environment for everyone. According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the definition of workplace violence is “𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘢𝘤𝘵 𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘩𝘺𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦, 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵, 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘰𝘳 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘳𝘶𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘤𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘦. Many have grown accustomed to some of these forms of workplace violence, thinking that it is just part of the job. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. No one should have to experience workplace violence. We are dedicated to finding solutions to those workplace violence issues.
